Harish Jayaraj, PMP, CSEP, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently, Harish serves as Director at Raytheon Technologies since July 2014, with previous roles as Associate Director. Prior to this, Harish held positions at Rockwell Collins as Senior Engineering Manager and Technical Lead, as well as at Honeywell as Technical Lead and Principal Engineer, focusing on microkernel development, RTOS, AFDX drivers, graphics drivers, and cockpit display systems for aviation. Earlier career highlights include working at Zilog on compiler porting and TCP/IP network stack implementation, and experience with Linux and Bluetooth technologies at Cranes Software. Harish holds an Executive MBA from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from RV College of Engineering, complemented by a Diploma in Electronics from Bangalore University.
