Heath Frye

Heath Frye earned a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Penn State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. With over 14 years of experience, they currently serve as a Senior Manager in Embedded System Security Engineering at RTX, where they develop and lead a technical team focused on embedded systems security. Previously, Heath worked at Northrop Grumman, Boeing, and BAE Systems, managing diverse engineering teams and overseeing critical projects in software development and systems integration. Their innovative contributions include designing humanitarian UAVs and developing advanced security architectures.
