Heath Taylor is a proven leader with over 25 years of experience in program and operations management, specializing in managing complex Department of Defense contracts throughout all lifecycle stages. Previously, Taylor held various leadership roles at Raytheon, including Program Manager and Front Line Manager, where they implemented best practices and ensured delivery commitments across multiple projects. Taylor's military background includes servicing electronic warfare systems for the US Army, recognized for superior performance in intelligence operations. Currently, Taylor is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Colorado State University and serves as an Associate Director for Emerging Capabilities at RTX.
