Heather Dawson

Heather Dawson, PMP, is an IT Project Manager with a diverse background in project management and business process improvement. Currently a Senior Program Manager at RTX, they previously held roles including Digital Technology Project Manager at Collins Aerospace and Manager of the Project Management Team at Restek Corporation. Heather's earlier experience includes directing the Project Management Office at Geisinger Medical Center and serving as Project Portfolio Manager at Penn State University, where they developed a project management framework for educational technology services. In addition to their professional experience, Heather is pursuing a Master of Science in Instructional Technology at Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
