Heather Devereux

Heather Devereux is currently the Associate Director of Talent Operations at RTX, where they lead the design and implementation of pre-boarding processes for new hires. Previously, they held various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment, including positions at Collins Aerospace and Octapharma Plasma, Inc. Heather also served as a Recruiting Manager at AccruePartners and has experience as an Associate Program Manager at World Travel Meetings and Incentives. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University School of Business and a Certificate in Project Management from Wake Forest University Charlotte Center.
