Heather Paur

Heather Paur serves as the Associate Director for the Digital Leadership Development Program and Talent L&D at RTX since January 2021, focusing on developing successors to the c-suite across the company's aerospace and defense divisions. Prior to this role, Heather was the Global Learning Lead for C-suite initiatives within the same organization. Heather's experience includes serving as the Global Learning Lead for HiPo Programs at Collins Aerospace from September 2018 to January 2021, as well as various HR leadership positions at United Technologies, Amerilab Technologies, Trusight, and Eide Bailly LLP. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from North Dakota State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary.
