Howard Neely

Howard Neely is a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer at Raytheon Technologies in the Space Missions Department, where they leverage extensive experience in engineering embedded computing for sensor systems within the aerospace and defense industry. They founded Neely Athletics and Three Birds Systems and previously held roles at Hughes Aircraft Company and HRL Laboratories, among others. Howard earned a B.S. and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and the University of Southern California, respectively, and has completed certificates in Data Science and Predictive Analytics at the University of California, Irvine. Their interests include predictive maintenance, sports training analytics, and bioinformatics, with a strong inclination towards challenging systems involving feature engineering.
