Igor Mikhaylov is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in RF communications and engineering management. Mikhaylov began a career at Jet Propulsion Laboratory as an Engineering Assistant from November 1999 to June 2003, where collaboration with a team focused on signal acquisition and antenna calibration for the Cassini spacecraft. From 2007 to February 2019, Mikhaylov served as a Senior RF Spectrum Engineer and Multi-Discipline Engineer at Raytheon, contributing to integration and testing for the Global Hawk and ASTOR Programs. Currently, Mikhaylov is the Engineering Section Manager at Raytheon Technologies, overseeing a Systems Engineering team in the design and development of radar modes for airborne platforms. Mikhaylov holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 1997 and 2004, with a focus on RF, communications, and microwaves.
