Ilia O'Hearn

Ilia O'Hearn is currently the Senior Director and lead of RTX's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Program Management Office, where they drive the execution of the ESG program work streams. From 2015 to August 2022, Ilia served as Director and Senior Counsel at Pratt & Whitney, providing legal support across various teams. Before that, they worked as a Financial Restructuring Attorney at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP from 2007 to 2015, advising on complex workouts and insolvency proceedings. Ilia holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Connecticut School of Law, as well as a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Connecticut. They are a Certified Public Accountant and fluent in Spanish.
