Jalen Maxton

Jalen Maxton is a Senior Manager in Employee Experience at RTX, where they coordinate and execute the Employee Experience Roadmap, focusing on key drivers of employee engagement. Previously, Jalen served as an Integration and Change Management Specialist at Raytheon Technologies and led the employee listening strategy as a Manager of Talent Management at Pratt & Whitney. Jalen has also gained experience in various HR roles, including operational excellence and benefits management.
