James Brooks is currently the CVP of Corporate Human Resources & Executive Talent at RTX, where they drive HR strategy and support senior leadership roles across the enterprise. Previously, they held various HR leadership positions at Collins Aerospace, including Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing policy and strategy for the largest Tier 1 global aerospace supplier. Brooks began their career as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer at United Technologies and participated in the HR Leadership Development Program there. They hold an MBA in Human Resources and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and a BS in Finance from Jackson State University.
