James Egbu, PhD, is a materials scientist and chemist currently serving as a Senior Materials and Process Engineer at RTX since 2023. Egbu previously held roles as a Process Engineering NSF GEM Fellow at Lam Research in 2020 and as a Science Technology Policy Fellow with the U.S. Department of Energy in 2018. Egbu earned a PhD and an MS from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS from Texas State University, where they are currently pursuing a BS.
