James Isioma

James Isioma is a Senior Systems Engineer at Raytheon Technologies, where they continue to apply their skills in electrical engineering. Previously, they held various roles, including Design Lead for the NIU Robotics Team, where they developed software for competition robots, and Supervisor at NIU ACCESS/PAL, where they facilitated tutoring for peers. James also gained valuable experience as a Product Engineering Intern at John Deere and held leadership positions within the National Society of Black Engineers. They earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and are currently pursuing a degree in Applied Data Science.
