Jason Delano is a Director of Organizational Effectiveness and an adjunct professor in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Springfield College, where they teach graduate courses such as Group Dynamics and Talent Acquisition. With over 20 years of experience, Jason has a strong background in Talent Management and Development, having held various roles in organizations such as Raytheon Technologies and Deloitte. They have contributed to leadership development, employee engagement, and change management efforts throughout their career. Currently, Jason is pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Springfield College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
