Jayna Shah, Ph.D., is a Technical Fellow at Raytheon Technologies, specializing in microwave engineering and integrated microfluidic devices. With extensive experience in RF/microwave modeling and advanced test equipment, they have demonstrated proficiency in managing projects across various stages and effectively communicating complex technical concepts. Jayna's previous roles include positions at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, and Raytheon, where they contributed to innovative research and published numerous scholarly articles. They hold both a Master's and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Dallas.
