Jeff Cohen is currently the Director of Strategic Technologies and Partnerships at RTX Technology Research Center, specializing in research and development related to combustion, reacting flows, fluid mechanics, and gas turbines. Previously, Cohen served as a Fellow in Thermal and Fluid Sciences and led both the Dynamics of Reacting Flows group and the Energy Systems group at United Technologies Research Center from 2007 to 2020. Prior to that, Cohen held various engineering positions, including Aerodynamics Manager at Pratt & Whitney from 2003 to 2007. Cohen earned a PhD, MS, and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut between 1981 and 1995.
