Jeff Leach

Jeff Leach is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management within the engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition for Raytheon Technologies, Jeff has been with the company since June 2014, initially as a Talent Acquisition Manager for the Intelligence and Space division. Prior roles include Sr Recruiter at Lennox International, Sr Technical Recruiter at NTT DATA Corporation, and Staffing Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation, among others. With a career spanning from 1994, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in recruiting for various engineering disciplines and IT roles, successfully managing teams and driving staffing strategies across multiple organizations. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Psychology and Business from the University of North Texas.
