Jennifer Splinter

Jennifer Splinter is a seasoned professional in global mobility and immigration, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Mobility at RTX since January 2023. Prior experience includes Immigration Manager at Meta from March 2021 to December 2022, and Associate Director of Global Mobility and Immigration at Grant Thornton LLP (US) from February 2017 to March 2021. Jennifer's career began in immigration law at Fragomen, where roles ranged from Client Services Manager to Senior Paralegal. Additional experience includes a Consultant position with the London Borough of Camden and various immigration paralegal roles at Sidley Austin and Hammond Law Group, LLC. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Arts from the University of East London.
