Jessica Korte

Jessica Korte is currently the Global Employer Brand Lead at RTX, where they focus on talent attraction strategies. They have held various roles in employer branding and marketing, including positions as Senior Program Manager at T-Mobile and Employer Brand Lead at Raytheon Intelligence & Space. Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as a Vault Teller at Commerce Bank and held marketing-related roles at Sizewise Rentals and Perceptive Software. They earned an MBA from Baker University and are pursuing a BA in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
