Jim Chatt

Jim Chatt is a retiree from Raytheon Technologies, where they most recently served as Manager of Learning & Development / Systems & Tools, responsible for deploying learning technology across the organization. Previously, Jim held various leadership roles at Raytheon, including Functional Learning Leader for IT and acting Learning & Development Manager for Raytheon Australia. They earned a Master’s degree in Biomedical Communications with a focus on Instructional Design from UT Southwestern Medical Center and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Wabash College.
