Jim Pappadakes

Jim Pappadakes is an executive leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Integrated Business Planning at RTX. With extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations, Jim has previously led significant programs at GE Aviation, including as a Supply Chain Leader for new engine programs and as an International Sourcing Manager. Jim also contributed to various roles in contract management and business operations, demonstrating a strong capability in strategic leadership and process improvement. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a double major in Finance and Marketing, from the University of Dayton.
