Joe Nadeau, MBA, PMP, SSGB, is currently the Associate Director of Requirements and Capabilities at Raytheon Missiles and Defense, where they focus on achieving financial metrics and managing key relationships. They have extensive experience as a senior program manager and military leader, having served in various capacities with the U.S. Navy, including as Commanding Officer of USS SHOUP (DDG 86) and Division Chief at U.S. Northern Command. Joe’s notable achievements include developing strategic plans and executing multimillion-dollar programs, along with a strong commitment to team performance and process improvements. They hold multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt, complemented by an MBA from National University.
