Joel Buckley

Joel Buckley is a Senior Engineering Manager at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, bringing extensive experience in engineering and applied physics. They previously held key roles at L3Harris Technologies as a Principal Algorithm Engineer and at Raytheon Technologies, where they served as a Senior Principal Physics Engineer and Senior Physics Engineer II. Joel’s earlier career includes positions as a Senior Research Scientist at CET, LLC, and a Fiber Laser Engineer at Applied Energetics. They earned both an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Cornell University, as well as a B.S. in Physics from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
