Joel Jang

Joel Jang is the Executive Director of Hosting Services at RTX with extensive industry experience in aerospace, defense, financial services, and social media. They possess expertise in hyperscale data centers, artificial intelligence infrastructure, and operating highly available systems. Previously, Joel served as Director of Digital Transformation at United Technologies and held multiple roles at GE, including Director of Product Management and Chief of Staff to the COO at GE Digital. They also have experience as Manager of Infrastructure at Meta and continue their education at the University of Maryland and the United States Military Academy at West Point.
