Joel Knouff

Joel Knouff, CQIA, has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, beginning with a role as Quality Engineer at Norcold Corp from July 2005 to November 2012, where responsibilities included maintaining ISO 9001 compliance and leading improvement programs. From January 2012 to December 2019, Joel served on the Board of Education for Hardin-Houston School, collaborating with administrators and lawmakers on district business matters. Following this, Joel held several positions in quality management, including Quality Lead at Nidec Minster Corporation from July 2018 to December 2019, where oversight of the Inspection Department was a primary duty, and currently serves as Quality Manager at Raytheon Technologies since April 2020. Joel has been involved with the American Society for Quality and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
