John Moreno

John Moreno, CISSP, has extensive experience in information systems security, holding various positions across leading companies in the defense and technology sectors. Starting as a Systems Administrator at Scully Transportation Services and later at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs, John progressed to roles such as Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) and Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) at Northrop Grumman and Raytheon, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with government standards and managing cybersecurity programs. Currently, John serves as the Associate Director of Cyber Defense at Raytheon Technologies, leading cybersecurity efforts for special access programs and managing a team of ISSMs. John holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute-San Dimas.
