Jon Turner is an experienced strategist and UX leader currently serving as the Associate Director of User Experience Design at RTX, where they focus on leveraging data for innovative solutions. Previously, Jon held the position of Senior Manager of User Experience Design at RTX, leading content design initiatives, and contributed to the USF Digital Marketing Program as a committee advisor. Jon has extensive experience in creative roles, including serving as Creative Lead for Global Marketing at L3Harris Technologies, where they developed brand standards and marketing materials. Earlier in their career, Jon worked as a graphic designer for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, producing varied on-brand collateral for numerous events. Jon earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Tampa.
