Jonathan Bisgyer

Jonathan Bisgyer is a seasoned Engineering Director at Raytheon Technologies, currently leading Digital Engineering and Tools while driving the development of engineering digital strategies. With extensive experience in electronic and mechanical flight-critical systems, Jonathan previously served as an Engineering Manager at Hamilton Sundstrand, where they supervised multiple project teams and contributed to the Joint Strike Fighter Program. Jonathan holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Buffalo State University and an M.S. in Management from Rensselaer at Work. Their broad skill set includes risk management, critical path analysis, and team building.
