Jonathan Carroll

Jonathan Carroll is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and supply chain management, currently serving as an Executive Committee Board Member for the Naval Surface Technology & Innovation Consortium (NSTIC) since November 2024. Previously, Jonathan has held various leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies since August 2016, including Associate Director of the Other Transaction Authority Program Management Office, Senior Program Manager, and Principal Supply Chain Manager. Jonathan's career at Raytheon began in 1999, progressing through roles in supply chain procurement and management. Before joining Raytheon, Jonathan was the Global Maintenance Services Procurement Manager at TOSHIBA Global Commerce Solutions, Inc. and served as a Financial Management Resource Analyst in the United States Marine Corps. Jonathan holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University.
