Jonathan Shaw

Jonathan Shaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of digital technology and operations management. Currently serving as Director of the Digital Program Office at RTX since June 2015, Jonathan has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Associate Director of Operations Excellence and IT Section Manager. Previous experience includes a notable 25-year tenure with the US Air Force Reserve, culminating as Chief Master Sergeant, and positions at Lockheed Martin as Hardware Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. Jonathan's early career includes roles at Overlook Systems Technologies, MCI Corporation, and a solid educational foundation with an M.B.A. in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a B.A. in English from the University of Arizona.
