Joseph Campagna

Joseph Campagna, PhD, is the Associate Director of Systems Engineering at RTX, where they focus on Digital Engineering, Agile Scrum, and Program Execution. With over 35 years of experience across engineering, program management, and IT, Joseph has held various leadership positions, including Director of Enterprise Architecture at Genuity/BBN and Chief Operating Officer at Knowledge Sciences, LLC. Joseph has also earned a PhD in Systems Engineering and several professional certifications, including PMP and Six Sigma Blackbelt. Their education includes degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Rhode Island.
