Joseph Strickland is the Associate Director and Customer Requirements and Capabilities Manager for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) at Raytheon Land & Air Defense Systems. They served as an esteemed U.S. Army veteran, having held various roles including UAE Patriot TAFT Team Chief and Program Manager across multiple divisions at Raytheon.
