Justin Brower

Justin Brower is the Associate Director of Global Government Relations at RTX, where they continue to leverage their extensive expertise in government relations and public policy. Previously, Brower served in various leadership roles at J.A. Green & Company, developing legislative strategies and fostering relationships with Congress to advocate for key policy initiatives across multiple sectors. Their early career included impactful positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, where they analyzed legislation and developed sound policy recommendations. Brower holds a Master of Arts in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College.
