Katherine Waugh

Katherine Waugh is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience at RTX, starting in June 2020 as an Engineering Manager and progressing through various roles including Senior Engineer and High Temp. Composites Engineer. Waugh's career at Collins Aerospace included rotations in Systems Integration, Mechanical Design, Carbon Research & Development, and High Temperature Composites Design. Prior to RTX, Waugh served as a Thermodynamics Teaching Assistant at Duke University and completed internships at Collins Aerospace, UTC Aerospace Systems, and Kohler Ronan. Waugh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering at Cornell University, enhancing a solid educational foundation that includes coursework at prestigious institutions such as Brown University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
