Kathryn Kirsch

Kathryn Kirsch is a Principal Research Engineer at RTX Technologies Research Center, where they focus on additive manufacturing, heat transfer, design, and topology optimization. Kathryn previously held positions including Senior Research Engineer at United Technologies Research Center and Optimization Specialist at KCF Technologies, Inc. They completed their Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State University, where they also earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same field.
