Kathryn O'Neil

Kathryn O'Neil is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in human resources and social media strategy. Current roles at RTX include serving as Human Resources Communications Manager, where responsibilities encompass developing enterprise-wide employee communications and advising the Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, O'Neil was the Employer of Choice and Engagement Manager, focusing on employee engagement campaigns and strategic corporate sponsorships. Earlier in the career, O'Neil held positions at Otis Elevator Co. and Pratt & Whitney, where expertise included social media strategy and internal communications aimed at enhancing employee engagement. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Communication from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and English from the University of Connecticut.
