Kelly Testa

Kelly Testa is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in general accounting and internal audit. From July 2017 to March 2023, Kelly served as Director of General Accounting for Enterprise Services at RTX, following a role as Associate Director in the same department. Prior to that, Kelly worked at Kaman Aerospace Corporation as Assistant Controller for Kaman Aerosystems, managing the centralized accounting department. Career progression includes positions as Manager of Internal Audit at Allied World Assurance, Senior Internal Auditor at The Hartford, and Senior Associate Auditor at KPMG. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University.
