Kellye Randle is an engineering leader and strategist with a background in technical support and systems engineering. Randle began their career at Raytheon, where they held various roles from Technical Support Engineer to Systems Engineering Manager between 2005 and 2007. Currently, Randle serves as the Senior Manager for Technical Workforce Diversity and Pipeline Programs at Raytheon Technologies, focusing on university and outreach initiatives to promote STEM. Randle is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at DeVry University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering at Loyola Marymount University.
