Keri Connors

Keri Connors is currently serving as Vice President of Global Employee & Executive Communications at RTX, a position held since December 2023, where responsibilities include driving communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand credibility through social impact and environmental initiatives. Prior to this role, Keri was Executive Director of Global Affairs & Communications at RTX, overseeing communication strategy across its three businesses. With a background at Raytheon Technologies, Keri held roles such as Executive Director of Integrated Business Communications & Analysis and Head of Global Brand Marketing & Corporate Social Responsibility, managing comprehensive communication strategies and brand marketing for a $15 billion division. Keri's earlier experiences include leadership in communications for the merger between Raytheon and United Technologies, as well as business development and public affairs roles at The MENTOR Network and National Journal Group. Keri holds degrees from Boston College Carroll School of Management and Duke University in Corporate Community Involvement Management and Executive Education, respectively.
