Khari Buck is an experienced executive in the field of real estate and workplace strategy, currently serving as the Executive Director at RTX, overseeing Business Operations and Workplace Strategy since December 2024. Prior to this role, Khari held senior positions at Cruise, including Global Head of Real Estate & Facilities and Director of Global Workplace Strategy & Design from March 2019 to November 2024. At CBRE from August 2013 to March 2019, Khari directed Workplace Transformation for the McKesson account and contributed to national portfolio strategy for MUFG Union Bank. Earlier career experiences include roles at EY as a Senior Consultant in Construction & Real Estate Advisory, and at Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) as a Risk Analyst. Khari holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Consulting from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance, Development & Construction Management from the University of Southern California.
