Kimberlee Avant, Ed.D, serves as the Human Resources Director at Raytheon Technologies since February 2014, providing HR leadership within Advanced Aerostructures for Collins Aerospace and managing talent strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previous roles at Raytheon include Associate Director of Human Resources and various senior management positions, where significant contributions involved strategic projects for organizational redesign, enhancing operational effectiveness, and leading initiatives in talent acquisition and succession planning for engineering programs.
