Kimberly Martinez

Kimberly Martinez is a Principal Systems Engineer at Raytheon Technologies and a former Defense Council member at the Truman National Security Project. With a background as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, Kimberly has extensive experience in systems engineering, modeling and simulation, and process management. They served as an Instructor at the United States Naval Academy, teaching core courses in weapons, robotics, and control engineering, and co-founded the DEI Task Force to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and has been recognized for their leadership and process improvement skills throughout their career.
