Kimberly Masucci

Kimberly Masucci, CTP, currently serves as Director of Pension Investments at RTX since May 2022, enhancing pension strategies and treasury consulting. Previously, Kimberly held the role of Executive Director and Assistant Treasurer at Linde for a brief period in 2021, and as Director of Treasury at Otis Elevator Company from September 2019 to August 2021, where leadership was demonstrated in managing a $3 billion foreign exchange portfolio during the company's spin-off from United Technologies. Kimberly's extensive experience at United Technologies spanned over a decade, including positions as Associate Director in Capital Markets, FP&A, and Treasury Services, where significant responsibilities included board presentations, funding models, and various program management roles. Kimberly began the professional journey at Pratt & Whitney as an EVMS Analyst/Team Leader and holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and an M.S. in Management from Rensselaer at Work.
