Klarisa Will, MA, MCR.w, is an experienced growth-driven strategist currently serving as the Associate Director of Portfolio Strategy at RTX. With over a decade of expertise in client management, data analysis, and project oversight, Klarisa has excelled in roles at Boeing and JP Morgan Chase. Klarisa's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University. Strongly passionate about using data for process improvement and strategic planning, Klarisa is also adept at mentoring junior team members and leading cross-functional initiatives.
