Kristen Cotter, MBA, PMP, LSSGB, is currently the Enterprise Infrastructure CORE Manager at RTX, where they lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and provide hands-on coaching to enhance process efficiencies. With 10 years of combined experience in leadership and project management, Kristen has previously held roles such as Store Manager at Office Depot and Ethics and Compliance Officer at Collins Aerospace, where they drove operational improvements and managed large teams. Kristen holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
