Kristen Oringer

Kristen Oringer is currently an Infrastructure Workplace Services Manager at RTX, where they collaborate with teams, stakeholders, Managed Service Providers, and suppliers to enhance IT operations and infrastructure activities. They focus on optimizing business processes, ITSM services, and key performance indicators using industry best practices like ITIL and tools such as SAP S4 HANA and ServiceNow. Kristen graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Informatics and holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Raritan Valley Community College. They also possess the ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management and are a Certified System Administrator through ServiceNow. Prior to their current role, they gained experience as a Senior IT Analyst at QuidelOrtho and a Software Test Analyst at Rudraya.
