Kristina Gilliard

Kristina Gilliard, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital technology and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Digital Technology Associate Director at RTX since June 2012, Kristina manages a team of cyber analysts and has established a systematic approach to cybersecurity within the manufacturing sector. Prior to this role, Kristina was the Manager of Portal Teams at the Georgia Department of Education, where responsibilities included overseeing a diverse project portfolio and redesigning the agency's website. Kristina's career began as a Systems Analyst at Eli Lilly, focusing on project management for global operations. Additionally, Kristina gained consultancy experience at Accenture, where performance management plans were developed and client interactions were led. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
