L. Scott Lincoln is currently the Director of Digital Business Relationship Management at RTX, a position held since 2020. Previously, L. Scott held multiple roles at Raytheon, including Chief Operating Officer of Raytheon Telemus and various program management positions. Earlier in their career, L. Scott served as Managing Director of PSInet UK and General Manager of PSInet Japan, as well as Assistant Branch Manager and Loan Officer at Wachovia Bank. L. Scott earned a BA in International Relations from George Mason University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Public Administration and a Master's in Information Technology Management from the same institution.
