Lance Lammott

Lance Lammott is an Associate Director at RTX, leading IT Asset Management governance and strategic transformation for global networks since 2007. Prior to this role, Lance served as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 to 2013, specializing in aviation command and control. They have extensive experience in logistics and property management from previous positions at Raytheon and RCI, where they developed tailored solutions to optimize inventory and revenue management. Currently, Lance is pursuing both a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Construction Management at Indiana State University and a Master of Business Administration at Boston University.
