Larissa Semeraro

Larissa Semeraro is currently the Associate Director of the Enterprise Infrastructure PMO at RTX, where they lead efforts to transform the PMO into a service model and oversee delivery management teams. Previously, they served as Director of Security Engineering/Program Management at Aetna, managing a large portfolio of security products, and held various project management roles within the company. Larissa began their career in project management and IT at Aetna, where they led key initiatives, including a pilot rollout of Office 365 and enhancements to infrastructure. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems at Fairfield University.
